Had this installed last month, so far so good. Am very pleased with the tidyness of the installation (the technician was very attentive)... and the overall performance of the service. I had some initial problems with my own equipment but Fran in the shop was very helpful and resolved all of the issues within a day.read more

I had their fiber internet installed in early spring, just before we were locked in, and it has been wonderful and kept me sane during... these troubled times. The customer support works well, and support from the man in the local office has always been excellent also. Highly recommended!read more

Estoy intentando contratar con telecable mi servicio domestico de internet y movil porque me habian hablado diferentes personas muy bien de... la compañia. Pues bien, me dispongo a escribir esta resena porque, aun sin disfrutar todavia de los servicios, estoy encantada con la seriedad, eficacia, amabilidad con la que me han atendido, en este caso, Fran, que es quien me ha estado atendiendo con total dedicacion y resolviendo mi problema de cobertura en casa con una solucion bastante satisfactoria y buscando otras alternativas. Puedo decir con seguridad, aun anticipadamente, que es la compania mas seria y con mejor trato hacia sus clientes de todas a las que podemos optar en Torrevieja. Y sus trabajadores, se merecen un diez!read more

Had their 50mb fibre optic internet since March 2018. Very reliable internet service. One star off for careless installation which I will... have to pay to put right. TV service seems good, but I rarely use it.read more
